Plating (Computer-to-Plate)
Our state of the art Fuji Saber computer-to-plate system offers
output on 3 different sized plates. This device images crisp sharp
dots using visible light technology for high quality printing.
Press
Our press room is comprised of multi-color machines with a wide range of abilities from a one color business card to a multi-color annual report using such treatments as water base coatings and in-line scoring and perfing. We print on various materials, all types of papers, as well as vinyl and static cling. We have two 40-inch Heidelberg Speedmasters, one 29-inch Heidelberg Speedmaster, one 25-inch Heidelberg MO and one AB Dick 9850. Our Heidelbergs are equipped with CPC consoles and densitometers for quick make readies and color control. A customer viewing room with color corrected lighting is provided to aid our clients in their press checks. If there should be a special request for a custom ink blend, we have a mix master ready for service.
Inkjet and Lightjet
We have a 48” Roland Inkjet and a 60” Encad Inkjet allowing us to can print on a wide variety of materials from vinyl to canvas to paper and many others. We also have a 50” Oce Lightjet that reproduces photograph quality images on paper or translucent material.
Bindery
Our full service bindery department produces special bindery work using 2 Polar cutters with automated cutting system, 2 Stahl folders, 6 pocket Heidelberg saddle-stitcher, perfect binding, plastic coil binding, and 2 shrink wrap machines Shipping and receiving utilizes a computerized inventory system and offers drop shipping worldwide.
